Product Review/ Giveaway snackTAXI

On the rare days I let my kids buy lunch, they come home hungry because they will eat corn, mashed potatoes and applesauce.  When i ask why thats all they ate, they say "I don't know."  So needless to say, I make lunches just about every day.  But as a trying to be green mom, I wonder how many thousands of ziplock bags, do I send to the landfill every year?  Then I found snackTAXIs!!  They come in 2 sizes: snack and sandwich size.  Snack size is about 6" W by 4.5"H  and sandwich size is 7.5"W by 6"H.

Both the outside fabric and waterproof inner fabric have been extensively tested and found to contain no lead or other toxins. 

I love them!!  They make them in tons (like currently 80 but new fabrics are added every month) of different prints and colors, so your can make everyone in your family happy.  Plus if everyone gets a different print you can limit bickering in your house.  The kids know which bag is their bag. 

I received the sandwich bag is this donut and coffee print and the snack bag in a dark blue with light blue dots print.  My son Jacob is 4 and only goes to school from 8 until 11:15 am so he really only gets a snack at school.  We put his half sandwich in the snack bag and it works great!!  My duaghter really wanted to use the donuts sandwich bag in her lunch but she doesn't have a traditional lunchbox.  She has a lunch bag but the sandwich bag is too wide and if we fold up the extra fabric, it takes up too much room in her lunchbag (As a note, I consider that to be one of the many problems with her lunchbag not with the snackTAXI).  However, this means that I get to use it!  I love that I can just toss it into my laptop bag and it is slim and keeps my bag mess free.  Are you ready for the good part??
